Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you don't love it, send it back... it's that easy! We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise with all tags intact for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
- To initiate a domestic return, visit our Return Portal
- Enter your order number*and email to start the return request
- Select your items, reason and shipping method and click “Confirm.”
- You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day
- Please allow 7 to 14 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
ShopAmbitionist.com does not offer an exchange policy. Please follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.shopambitionist.com to submit a new order for your new items.
REFUNDS:
A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to your credit card. If a negative balance payout fails, then the payout will try again in 3 business days.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have all tags intact and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- We do not accept International Returns at this time
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
Shop Ambitionist LLC does not accept International Returns at this time.
SNAPS BACK GUARANTEE:
We want you to be 110% satisfied with your new bodysuit. If for any reason within 1 year of owning your bodysuit, your snaps come off... we will give you store credit to purchase a new bodysuit! Manufacturer issues happen... these are premium bodysuits and snap issues should not occur, but they may. If for some reason your snaps disconnect, kindly send an email including a picture of the broken snap to info@shopambitionist.com. Within 24 hours, we will create a unique code for you to repurchase your item.
